Call it stretching or call it yoga, this short and sweet yoga and meditation video is a great way to start your day by warming up those cold muscles after a good night’s sleep. What we like about this video is that it is a no nonsense workout that illustrates that you don’t need much (not even a yoga mat) if you plan to meditate or do yoga. Just pick a nice flat suface in a calm spot and start off by sitting quietly, clearing your mind of thoughts and then slowly work out just a handful of poses and stretches to get you ready for the day.
