Some call it the Ab Wheel and others call it the Ab Roller. Whatever you want to call it, this is one inexpensive item that should be in everyone’s basic arsenal of workout tools.
I discovered the Ab Wheel last year and it’s really a cheap (under 20$) and fantastic tool to not only finally get those “abs of steel” that you always wanted, but it will also help you to build a really strong core, as long as you do it right. Personally, I feel that this tool should first be approached with core strengthening as your goal. Trust me. The strong abs will come as you use it regularly but to do that, you need to learn how to use the wheel properly. Yes, like many exercises and exercise equipment, it is very easy to do it wrong and end up hurting your back, or some other body part that you rely on daily.
