I haven’t been doing a lot of Ashtanga yoga lately but whenever I do come back to it, I realize just how much I’ve missed it. Some of that realization is due to just how fast the sequences are as well as just how much I sweat after just a couple of minutes. One thing is for sure, if you want to sweat, Ashtanga yoga will take you there, everytime.

It starts off slow with a couple of sun salutations to warm you up and before you know it, you’ll be moving through wheel (Urdhva Dhanurasana) before breathing deep, satisfying breaths in Shavasana.
