Well, it’s already mid-January and we’re buried under 2 feet of snow with more of the beautiful stuff on the way. Sounds like the perfect opportunity to work on those snow shoveling arms, right? Right. Well that’s perfect because we just spotted this arm-centric yoga video and we felt compelled to share it with you.
Yoga for arm strength
As we know, yoga is more than just stretching. In yoga, there is a pose for just about every part of the body while building and maintaining balance and core strength. In this video from Tonic, Steffy demonstrates 5 yoga poses that you can do for stronger arms. In general, you will touch upon most of these poses during a regular sun-salutation flow but if you break the flow into its individual parts/asanas and observe each pose for it is.
